Estes Trucking purchased a run-down trucking terminal in need of a significant transformation to meet modern logistical needs. The project includes a complete gut renovation of the two-story office space.

On the operations side, the facility's 1200 foot long, 200+ loading dock pavilion is being structurally reinforced, updated, and enclosed with new fans and additional lighting for improved comfort and efficiency. Site improvements include concrete apron extensions, new connections to the pavilion and office structures, and updating site lighting and parking.
