This renovation redefined the primary floor to improve circulation, functionality, and comfort for contemporary living. Two small bedrooms and bathrooms were transformed into a spacious, luxurious primary suite complete with a generous bedroom, spa-inspired ensuite, and expansive walk-in closet. The redesigned kitchen now integrates the stair and hallway, inviting more natural light into the home. Additional highlights include custom wainscoting in the dining room and significant structural and systems upgrades to enhance the home’s overall performance.
